At Growth Counseling, we have made it our mission to make your experience as smooth as possible.  We understand that finding the right therapist can be a stressful and some times a confusing experience.  

Whether you have worked with a therapist in the past, or are seeking mental health services for the first time, we understand that finding a good fit is very important.  There is no other profession in which connection and relationship matter more.  After all, you don’t have to connect at a deep level with your doctor, attorney, or Amazon delivery driver to have a satisfying experience.  Therapy is different.  You need to feel a sense of safety, trust, transparency, and confidence in your therapist.

This is why we take the time to explain the process clearly, answer any questions you might have and try our hardest to ensure you feel comfortable from the moment you reach out, to stepping foot in our office, to sitting down on the couch for the first time.

We are in this together. We believe in you and will never let you fail. We will continuously hold space for your growth and healing. We are for you and with you as you travel the therapeutic path that leads to wholeness.

Our office is warm, friendly, and inviting.  The experience starts when you walk through the front door.  Clients have told us, just sitting in the waiting room helps them feel more calm and relaxed.  You will be met with a friendly therapist, who takes a true concern in your life and experiences.  We will partner together to face the challenges that brought you here.  You will feel a sense of support, empathy, unconditional regard and a clear path to success.

Our approach is both supportive, yet productive.  We understand that you want to see results quickly and we will waste no time getting to the root of the issues and help you feel a sense of real change that feels authentic and natural.

Rather than merely learning to cope with stress, anxiety, depression or trauma, we strive to heal the wounds, that result in the symptoms you are experiencing.  This results in true “inside out” change, rather than just learn new coping skills to tolerate symptoms.
