I believe this world is filled with people who have strengths and resiliency beyond our comprehension, and I am passionate in helping them rediscover those strengths through counseling.
As our world becomes more individualized, I believe in going back to our roots and relying on people, our villages, to be a system of love and support. I've seen a dire need for villages all around the country, and I believe the best way to help create communities of caring empathic people is to be one myself.
My goal is to implement meaning making strategies (through an existentialist lens) and find community support to assist clients outside of counseling.
I believe there is no person who knows you better than you know yourself.
I am here to assist you in self exploration, making connections from your past to your present, and establishing deep roots in your community.
I'm not a silent bystander, I'm an active supporter in your journey to healing.
