Mallory Fisher

In-person therapy in Gilbert, Arizona; virtual therapy anywhere in Arizona.

Therapy can be a place to unpack painful experiences, reconnect with your own values, and rebuild trust in yourself.

Clients are overwhelmed by the mental and emotional weight they carry. I help clients slow down, process what they’re experiencing, and develop healthier ways to cope without shame or self-criticism.

I work with individuals navigating identity exploration, including members of the LGBTQ+ community who may be questioning labels, struggling with acceptance, or learning how to live more authentically in relationships, family systems, and everyday life.

I support women experiencing self-esteem challenges, fear of failure, burnout, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve them.

I work with individuals healing from religious trauma, especially those who have experienced rejection, exclusion, or inner conflict related to identity, beliefs, or personal choices.

I support those grieving unexpected loss, including suicide loss, with compassion and care. Grief can feel isolating and disorienting, and you do not have to navigate it alone.

Together, we work toward greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe enough to show up exactly as they are, without judgment or pressure to have everything figured out.

My approach is collaborative, affirming, and grounded in the belief that healing begins when people feel seen, heard, and accepted as they are. I am trauma-informed, meaning driven, and community based. I am not one to simply hold space, we will be doing real work to process pain that the past has brought into the present. Every person deserves a life of joy, fulfillment, connection — let's get you to that place.
