Together, we can begin slowing things down, tending to the parts of you that have been overlooked, and help you reconnect with yourself beyond survival mode.
Sometimes motherhood arrives alongside grief, fear, trauma or a version of the story you never expected to carry.
I work with individuals navigating the complexities of postpartum anxiety, depression, infertility, traumatic births, medical trauma, and the emotional weight of becoming a parent.
Life and faith transitions can challenge long-held beliefs, identities, relationships, and how you understand yourself.
Wherever you are in the process, therapy can become a space for honesty, grief, curiosity while rebuilding trust in yourself. Together, we can gently explore what feels true for you now without pressure, shame, or the need to have everything figured out.
I work with couples, families, adolescents and children through the lens of Restoration Therapy which focuses on attachment, mindfulness, and emotional regulation.
I am motivated by a deep belief that people deserve to be understood, and I'm committed to holding space that allows individuals to make sense of their own experiences.
I am someone who is able to create a safe and peaceful space, but not afraid to lean into the challenges life brings. I believe healing happens when we feel understood, free from shame, and safe enough to be honest.
Walking through my own healing showed me how the steady presence of one person can change the trajectory of a life.

Certified Outreach Perinatal Educator
Education: Fuller Theological Seminary: Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy (Currently)
Bachelors in Early Childhood Special Education from Arizona State University.
Trauma-informed/ACES certified trainer
