I take a relational and trauma-informed approach to therapy, focusing first on safety and understanding.
I believe people make sense in the context of their lives, and I work collaboratively with clients to help them move toward change in a way that feels steady, realistic, and supportive.
Specialize in supporting parenting issues, teens, family dynamics, children, relationship issues, couples, postpartum anxiety/postpartum depression, trauma and attachment, grief and loss, early childhood, spiritual trauma, gender identity and sexual orientation, medical trauma, families working through diagnosis/disabilities, caregivers.
I am someone who is able to create a safe and peaceful space, but not afraid to lean into the challenges life brings. I believe healing happens when we feel understood, free from shame, and safe enough to be honest.

Education: Fuller Theological Seminary: Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy (Currently)
Bachelors in Early Childhood Special Education from Arizona State University.
